Report purchases and support

One report, one payment

Individual complete reports cost US$14.95 and two-person reports US$19.95. Big Five and Limerence reports are free. Paid reports include the complete personal interpretation and downloadable PDF. There is no subscription.

Preparation and delivery

We prepare your report before asking for payment. Preparation can take a few minutes; keep the page open. If preparation fails, no payment has been taken and you can try again. We email your private link and show it in your browser. Stripe handles payment details.

After payment, return to Psychdom to read the report and download your PDF. If confirmation takes longer than expected, use the payment-status link instead of paying again.

Keep your PDF

Your report page shows its access expiry. Download the PDF while your link is active to keep a copy. Private-link access and the longer data-retention period described in our privacy policy are different.

Payment, delivery or refund questions

If a report does not arrive, a payment looks wrong, or you would like to request a refund, contact us using the email associated with your report. Include your report reference or receipt reference, but do not send card details or questionnaire answers.

We will review your request and respond by email. This page does not promise a discretionary refund or limit any rights that apply to your purchase.
